KENYA MASSAI AA - 250 g in beans

They defniscono the "Champagne" of the coffee, given its well defnito and special flavor, whose main

characteristics are its complex and peculiar acidity due to a higher presence of phosphoric acid,

that on the palate may slightly recall a carbonated drink.

Kenya is one of the most famous producers for Specialty Coffee.

The Kirinyaga region is renowned for producing one of the best coffee in Kenya and is located at the foot of the

mount Kenya.  

The region has ideal conditions for plant growth, a red volcanic soil, an altitude ranging from 1700 and 1800 meters above sea level.

The cherries of this coffee are harvested by hand at maximum maturation,

fermented dry and placed to dry on raised tables for about 18 days.
