Myanmar Red Honey Mon Amour - 250 g in beans

Myanmar Mon Amour is one of only three batches processed this year, the only one with the technique of carbonic maceration.

"The Lady" is the project involving 51 women coffee growers from Nwar Ban Gyi Village.

The coffee collected by these women are lots in limited edition.

The harvested cherries must be processed within no more than 18 hours, are placed whole in airtight containers full of water, for fermentation that lasts 48 hours

The cherries are then directed in dusting plants that almost completely eliminate the layer of mucilage, but not at all.

The drying phase, completely in the sun, lasts from 12 to 15 days.

In the cup this Myanmar is truly unique, sweet notes of caramel and hazelnut, wrapped in a fine acidity.
